Araqchi: EU To Amend Anti-Iran Sanctions Law Based On Geneva Accord

Tehran, Jan 20, IRNA – Senior member of Iran nuclear negotiation team Abbas Araqchi says the European Union will in its foreign ministers session on Monday amend the anti-Iran sanctions law based on the Geneva accord. Talking to IRNA, Araqchi said the European party will hold its meeting in Brussels on Monday to amend the laws on those segments of the sanctions should should be revoked based on the Geneva Accord. Asked what would be the US partyˈs measures, Araqchi said He said the American party also will issue necessary directives to banks, companies and economic institutions based on the Geneva Accord on Monday. He said the Islamic Republic of Iran will, based on the Geneva Accord, fulfill its commitment, including the 20 percent enrichment suspension./end
