Argentina releases five Iranian crew members of Venezuelan plane

Tehran, IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani said on Tuesday that all the five Iranian crew members of a Venezuelan plane seized in Argentina have been released by that country. Kanaani said that it came after 129 days of diplomatic efforts and legal and consular campaigns of Iran and Venezuela. He noted that the Argentinian judge finally rejected the documents proposed by the plaintiffs as insufficient and incredible, issuing an order for the release and lifting the travel ban on Iranian crew members of the plane.
