This conflict is very difficult and necessarily be resolved, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton said at the meeting of the Council of the EU in Brussels. Catherine Ashton also noted that the situation in the South Caucasus, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia will be discussed at the meeting. “One of the main topics of the discussions on the South Caucasus will be the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
