Art Squad of Youth League Central Committee Performs to Celebrate Day of Sun

Pyongyang, April 13 (KCNA) -- A performance "Mine Is Always the Country of Kim Il Sung" was given by the art squad of the Central Committee of the youth league in celebration of the Day of the Sun at the Central Youth Hall Thursday. The performance started with prologue "Let's Sing of the Day of the Sun" and "We Visit Mangyongdae". Its numbers included narrative poem "In Front of Gate to Old Home in Mangyongdae", chorus "Long Live Generalissimo Kim Il Sung", dialogic poem "Our Leader and the Day of the Sun" and female vocal solo and chorus all-people hymn "Song of Loyalty". The performers sang high praises of the exploits of President Kim Il Sung who laid solid political, military and economic foundations for the prosperity of Korean-style socialism. Also put on the stage were numbers like comic story "We Love You Socialism". Watching the performance were Choe Hwi, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Pak Chol Min, first secretary of the Central Committee of the youth league, officials of the youth league and youths and students. -0-
