Azerbaijan, Austria discuss how to develop relations

Baku, June 3, AZERTAC Azerbaijan`s Prime Minister Artur Rasizade has met Austrian Deputy Minister of Science, Research and Economy, co-chair of Azerbaijan-Austria mixed commission for economic, agricultural, industrial, technical and technological cooperation Ms Bernadette Gierlinger to discuss how to develop bilateral relations. The Azerbaijani Premier stressed the importance of developing political, economic and cultural relations between the two countries. The PM noted that there were all conditions to expand mutually beneficial cooperation in the fields of economy, industry, transport, tourism and agriculture. Ms Bernadette Gierlinger said that Austria attaches special importance to strengthening cooperation with Azerbaijan. Ms Gierlinger wished the Azerbaijani Government success in organizing the first European Games, adding Austria would be represented by 145 athletes in the Games. Azerbaijan`s Minister of Communications and High Technologies Ali Abbasov was also present at the meeting.
