Azerbaijan, ICRC to make joint statement on murder of an Azerbaijani captured by Armenians

Baku, Azerbaijan, July 23 By - Trend: Azerbaijan and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will make a joint statement on July 23 on the murder of one of the Azerbaijanis taken hostage in Kalbajar region by Armenians, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov said.
