Azerbaijan names chiefs of state security and foreign intelligence services

Baku, Azerbaijan, Dec. 14 Trend: Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has decreed to appoint Madat Guliyev the chief of the State Security Service. “I decide in line with the paragraph 32 of the article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic to appoint Madat Guliyev the chief of the State Security Service of the Azerbaijan Republic,” read the president’s decree.
