Azerbaijan-Pakistan discuss cooperation prospects

Islamabad, December 30, AZERTAC Azerbaijani ambassador Ali Alizade has met with the Pakistani President`s Secretary, head of the Presidential Administration Shahid Khan to discuss prospects for the development of relations between the two countries. The ambassador hailed relations between the two countries as excellent. He said the two nations share common cultural, religious and moral values. Alizade stressed the role of the heads of state in strengthening Azerbaijan-Pakistan ties. The ambassador hailed Pakistan’s supporting Azerbaijan on the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Khan stressed the importance of restoring air flights between Azerbaijan and Pakistan. Shahid Khan said Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain attaches great importance to relations with Azerbaijan.
