Azerbaijan, Turkey discuss prospects for developing military cooperation

Baku, March 28, AZERTAC Ankara has hosted a meeting between Azerbaijani Minister of Defense Zakir Hasanov and Turkey`s Chief of the General Staff Hulusi Akar. They discussed prospects for developing military cooperation between the two countries in military, military-technical, military-educational areas. The two also exchanged views on joint military exercises. They highlighted the role of the Azerbaijani and Turkish armed forces in ensuring stability in the region.
