Azerbaijani defense minister meets UN assistant secretary-general

Baku, October 25, AZERTAC Azerbaijan`s Minister of Defense Zakir Hasanov has met with UN Assistant Secretary-General for Rule of Law and Security Institutions Alexander Zuev. The sides exchanged views on the military-political situation in the region. They hailed Azerbaijan’s activities within the UN, in particular the participation of Azerbaijani peacekeepers in various missions, as well as their contribution to maintain international peace and security.
