Baku, April 27 (AzerTAc). Turkish Ekovitrin magazine has named Azerbaijan's first lady, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador, MP Mehriban Aliyeva “The First Lady of the Year”.
