Azerbaijani foreign minister meets executive director of American Jewish Committee

New York, September 26, AZERTAC Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov has met with Executive Director of the American Jewish Committee David Harris on the sidelines of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly. The sides hailed the visits of representatives of the American Jewish Committee to Azerbaijan, as well as meetings within such international events. They also underlined the Committee`s contribution to development of relations between Azerbaijan, U.S. and Israel. David Harris said he will visit Azerbaijan next year. Mr. Mammadyarov spoke of the process of negotiations towards settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, and noted Armenia`s non-constructive position in the negotiations.
