Azerbaijani Ombudsman expresses hope for signing another act of pardon

Azerbaijan, Baku, Sept. 12 / Trend M. Aliyev / Azerbaijani Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova has expressed hope that another act of pardon will be signed in the country. This issue relates to the Azerbaijani president's powers. He makes these decisions several times a year, she told media today.
