Azerbaijani presidential election held in accordance with legislation, CIS mission observer

Tovuz, April 11, AZERTAC “The Azerbaijani presidential election was carried out in accordance with legislation,” representative of the CIS observation mission Dyusenbay Atagarayev has told AZERTAC`s regional correspondent. He monitored the voting in Tovuz region. Atagarayev said no irregularities or frauds were registered, adding that the voting took place in a democratic and transparent environment.
