Azeri Defense Minister Felicitates Dehqan On Appointment

Tehran, Aug 21, IRNA – Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev in a message congratulated his Iranian counterpart Hossein Dehqan on his appointment. Abiyev wished Dehqan success and expressed hope the two would widen friendly cooperation in all fields, particularly in the military issues.
