Blacklisting Hezbollah By EU Disgraceful: Interim Friday Prayer Leader

Tehran, July 27, IRNA – Tehran interim Friday prayer leader, Kazem Seddiqi, said that while the Zionist regime is a terrorist regime, placing the name of Hezbollah military wing in the terrorist groups list by the EU is "disgraceful." Delivering his second Friday prayers sermon, Seddiqi added that the EU has blacklisted a pious group, which enjoys popularity both inside and outside. Hezbollah is a group, which showed that the Zionist regimes army is invincible, he noted. Criticizing the EU for the move, Seddiqi questioned, Why does not it (EU) blacklist the Zionist regime, which has committed many terrorist acts in the world and takes honor in them? Referring to de-listing the terrorist Mojahedin Khalq Organization (MKO) from the terrorist groups list by the EU, the prayer leader said that Hezbollah is a group with a defensive nature and moves in line with Lebanese progress and independence.
