'British officer should be tried as war criminal for explosive vests'

TEHRAN, Aug. 11 (MNA) - Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of Iran’s Armed Forces said the English officer who was arrested in Kabul for carrying explosive vests should be tried in English courts as a war criminal.
