British Official Says He Had Good Talks In Tehran

Tehran, Dec 4, IRNA – Britains non-resident charge daffaires in Iran Ajay Sharma, who arrived in Tehran hours ago, said he had good talks with his Iranian counterpart Mr. Habibollahzadeh. According to an informed source in the Foreign Ministry, Sharma appreciated Iranian officials for facilitating his trip to Tehran, adding that in the future he will travel regularly to Tehran to normalize mutual relations between the two countries. The informed source confirmed presence of Britains non-resident charge daffaire's in Tehran and said that possibly he will depart Tehran on Wednesday. No exact date has been announced for re-opening embassies of the two countries. Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marziyeh Afkham had said before that Iran's non-resident charge daffaire's Mohammad Hassan Habibollahzadeh travels to London in the coming days./end
