Budget for urban water supply and sewer usage approved

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its regular meeting on Monday, the cabinet backed the 2014 action report and budget performance of the council that regulates services of urban water supply and sewer usage and approved its action budget for 2015. The council is an independent regulatory body that fixes tariffs of water, gives special license to legal subjects, issues professional conclusions and decisions under a related law which was re-adopted in 2010. In the last two years, the council upgraded the tariff system of water supplying services nationwide.
