Cabinet discussed Darkhan petroleum plant's issues

project on establishing a "Darkhan" petroleum plant will be received from Japanese bank and financial organization through a loan agreement. For this reason, the cabinet meeting on Saturday told the Minister for Mining D.Gankhuyag to solve together with the Japanese side a legal adjustment so as to Mongolian state owns 51 and more shares of the plant, and to consider giving this plant a special permission to refine an oil.
