Cabinet meeting in brief

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The cabinet of Ministers at its regular session on Monday approved the concept of a draft law on transport and obligated the Minister of Road and Transport N.Tomorkhuu to develop a draft law and pass it to the cabinet’s for review. - The cabinet allowed the Minister of Finance J.Erdenebat to draw the funding for Asian Youth Summit, to be held in Ulaanbaatar this May 18-21, from the Government Reserve Fund. - The cabinet approved in principle a draft amendments to the laws on Energy and Renewable Energy, initiated and developed by MPs led by A.Tleikhan, and resolved to present the Ministers’ recommendations to the initiators. - The cabinet permitted the Minister of Finance J.Erdenebat to draw the funding from the Government Reserve Fund for the return of mummified remains found from Sodnomdarjaa Mountain of Arkhangai aimag, and advertizing the cultural heritages to the public. - The Ministers also approved a bill on fire safety and resolved to submit it to parliament after reflecting their suggestions.
