CABINET WANTS TO EASE PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Buses and trolleybuses must be freed from the customs and value-added taxes, decided the cabinet at the meeting o n April 13 . A draft law on exempting from the VAT and a parliamentary resolution on amending a 27th resolution of 1999 will be submitted to parliament. As the cabinet considers, these buses and trolleybuses must meet requirements that are put to imported public transport vehicles, must have 24 and more seats, have 45 and more passengers' capacity, be “one-year” old.
