Chairman of Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan meets Romanian Ambassador

Nakhchivan, April 20, AZERTAC Chairman of Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov has met Ambassador of Romania to Azerbaijan Daniel Cristian Ciobanu. Mr. Talibov informed the diplomat about Nakhchivan, as well as works carried out in the fields of developing science, education, industry and agriculture. Vasif Talibov stressed the fact that food safety is provided in the Autonomous Republic. On successfully growing relations between the two countries the Chairman of Supreme Assembly said there was good potential for expanding the partnership in various directions. Daniel Cristian Ciobanu highlighted Romanian-Azerbaijani ties, saying “Nakchivan’s social and economic progress will open real opportunities for the mutual cooperation.” The ambassador said he would do his best in this field.
