Chinese defense minister visits Russia’s Tamanskaya Motor Rifle Division

Chinese Defense Minister Wei Fenghe has visited the 2nd Guards Tamanskaya Motor Rifle Division’s headquarters, the Russian West Military District’s press service said on Tuesday. "On April 2, the Chinese Defense Minister made a visit to the 2nd Guards Tamanskaya Motor Rifle Division’s headquarters in the Moscow region. The Chinese Armed Forces’ delegation was provided with an opportunity to watch military training exercises, which involved various kinds of weapons and military equipment," the press service said. Wei Fenghe lauded the Russian motorized infantry’s skills and thanked the Division’s commander for the warm welcome. Besides, Chinese delegation members had a tour of training facilities. Read more
