Chinese president suggests joint development of EAEU projects and Belt and Road Initiative

BEIJING, April 23. /TASS/. Chinese President Xi Jinping suggested joint development of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) projects and China’s Belt and Road Initiative at a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the Chinese Foreign Ministry reported on Monday. "The two countries’ leaders reached important agreements, in accordance with which we should help unite the Belt and Road Initiative and the EAEU [projects,])" the Chinese Foreign Ministry quoted Xi Jinping as saying.
