CIS expert group negotiates documents on formation of common labor market

Minsk, February 12, AZERTAC The CIS Executive Committee in Minsk hosted a meeting of the expert group on the harmonization of the project of the concept of the formation of a common labor market and regulation of labor migration of CIS member states and the priority actions for the formation of a common labor market and regulation of labor migration in 2015-2018. The experts decided to change the period of the next stage of the formation of a common labor market and regulation of labor migration and the name of the project of priority measures for the formation of a common labor market and regulation of labor migration in 2017-2020. The participants finalized and approved a draft concept and priority activities. The draft document was developed in order to implement the CIS Economic Development Strategy for the period up to 2020 on the basis of international legal acts. Overall labor market involves the formation of the legal, economic and social conditions and mechanisms. The establishment will be an important factor in the economic development of the CIS countries, and on a reciprocal basis will contribute to the integration processes in the CIS area.
