Constitution Day of Azerbaijan marked in Vancouver

Baku, November 19, AzerTAc An event marking the Constitution Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held in Vancouver, Canada. In the event organized by the Azerbaijani Cultural Center in Vancouver, Chargé d'Affaires Ramil Huseynli, North Vancouver Mayor Darrell Mussatto, members of Azerbaijani and Turkish Diaspora were present. Huseynli made a speech about the history of the country’s constitution, the supreme legal document and its important role in the development of Azerbaijani statehood. He also highlighted the achievements of the current development. Huseynli also met members of the Azerbaijani community in Vancouver and Azerbaijani students studying in this city. He called members of the community in Vancouver to publicize Azerbaijani realities and expose Armenian lies, join the efforts towards stopping the policy of aggression against Azerbaijan.
