Cooperation memorandums established in development of smart system of transport

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A forum themed “Introducing a smart system of transportation and environmentally-friendly transport in Mongolia” was held Wednesday at an invitation of the “Institute of Road and Transportation” NGO. Co-organized by the ITS Korea Association, the UB Smart Card LLC and the JCI, the forum released a recommendation on developing a smart system of transport in Mongolia. Following the forum, memorandums on introduction of the smart system was signed by J.Bat-Erdene, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Road and Transportation; Mr Kichil Kwon, the president of the ITS Korea Association; and J.Sereeter, the “Road and Transportation” NGO. In accordance with the documents, the parties will cooperate in introducing new techniques and technologies and IT system for developing the smart system of transport, exchanging experiences, training experts and technical experts and co-participating in meetings, seminars and exhibitions.
