COURT COUNCILS OF MONGOLIA AND ITALY TO COOPERATE

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A memorandum of understanding between Court Councils of Mongolia and Italy was signed Tuesday in Ulaanbaatar. The document was inked by Prof Michele Vietti, a vice-president of the Italian High Judicial Council, and by N.Lundendorj, a chair of the Judicial General Council of Mongolia. As the judicial system of Italy gives special importance to the independent judicial administration, the cooperation is expected to be particularly fruitful, said Lundendorj. During his official visit to Mongolia on June 23-28, Mr Vietti will meet Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Mongolia Ts.Zorigt and Human Rights and Legal Policy Advisor to the President of Mongolia Ch.Onorbayar.
