Defense Minister: Iran In Full Control Of Alien Forces In Region

Tehran, Feb 13, IRNA – Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said Iran is in full control of activities of alien forces in the whole region especially the Persian Gulf. He made the remark here Sunday in response to a question by IRNA correspondent who asked him to comment on claims that Iran has retreated from its stands on confronting threats and closing Hormuz Strait. The defense minister said Iran will make decisions based on its own interests and will decide whenever it deems necessary. He stressed that Iran has never withdrawn from its principled positions./end
