DEFENSE MINISTER MEETS AMBASSADOR OF HUNGARY

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Defense Minister of Mongolia Mr Ts.Tsolmon Wednesday received Mr Akos Madari, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Mongolia. At the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the Mongolia-Hungary relations and the cooperation in the defense sector. Noting that the 65th anniversary of the bilateral diplomatic relations is marked this year, the Defense Minister congratulated the Hungarian side for re-opening its Embassy in Mongolia. He emphasized a big role of the Ambassador of Hungary for brining the bilateral relations and cooperation into a new volume. The parties highlighted that a memorandum of mutual understanding between the Defense Ministries of the countries gave impetus to forwarding the ties and cooperation in the defense sector. This memorandum was established in 2013.
