DELEGATION FROM SEOUL VISITING

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A delegation headed by Mr Kim Jinsu, the Deputy Chair of the Council of Seoul is paying a visit here. On Monday, Ts.Sandui, Head of the Citizens’ Representative Khural (Council) of Ulaanbaatar city received the South Korean delegation. He wished the delegation enjoyed the capital city of Mongolia and briefed about the city. Mentioning that the capital cities established the sister cities relations 22 years ago, Mr Kim emphasized the parties have developed fruitful cooperation and hopes the ties will widen. Mr Sandui noted that his delegates visited Seoul last December, and it was very effective, for instance, he asked a head of the Soul’s Public Transport Division to collaborate in renovation of the Ulaanbaatar city’s public transport vehicles. He added that he is pleased to accept an initiative from Seoul on combating air pollution in UB. At the end of the meeting, Mr Sandui expressed the confidence the cooperation between the capital cities will go into a new level, and wished the delegation success.
