DEPUTY PM RECEIVES TURKISH AMBASSADOR

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Deputy PM D.Terbishdavga Thursday received the Ambassador of Turkey to Mongolia Mr Karagoz. Mr Karagoz noted a warm feeling he felt from every Mongolian met, and said since arriving here, he has experienced an impression like he were in his country. The Deputy PM congratulated the Ambassador on being appointed as such, and expressed a confidence in the latter’s valued contribution to deepening relations and cooperation in all spheres between our countries. Citing the 4-year great reconstruction plans of the Government for Reforms, Mr Terbishdagva talked on the government’s interests to cooperate with the Turkish part in city planning, road and bridge building, and leather, hive processing technologies. After briefing on the functions of his affiliated agencies, the Deputy PM expressed an interest to cooperate with Turkey in disaster and emergency matters, as Turkey successfully overcame a huge earthquake and natural disasters in 1999, earning a great experience in the sector. The Ambassador also noted that the sides have many projects planned, as next year marks the 45th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the countries, and invited the Deputy PM to visit Turkey.
