Dialogs With 5+1: 1st Round - In Istanbul, 2nd in Baghdad

Tehran, April 10, IRNA – Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) announced that the first round of talks with 5+1 will be held in Istanbul April 14 with the second round to be held in Baghdad. According to the SNSC Secretariat, following intense talks between the deputies of Iranian security chief Saeed Jalili and that of EU foreign Affairs chief Catherin Ashton, the two sides agreed that the first round of talks be held in Istanbul on April 14 while the second round will go to Baghdad. They also agreed to fix the date of the second round of talks after the end of the Istanbul meeting./end
