Draft new wording of law on prosecutorial bodies to be submitted

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The cabinet meeting on Monday decided to submit to parliament a draft new wording of law on prosecutor organization. It has been required to alter the law because parliament had already received other draft new wordings of the major laws related to the program on advancing reforms of judicial authorities and bodies and the laws on criminal procedure. The draft version of the law on prosecutor organization lays down new terms of goals and purposes of the prosecutor institutions, their action principles, responsibilities, structures and social functions. It also has clauses on cherishing laws, adhering to norms, ensuring people’s rights and freedom, bearing a general authority, being independent and transparent.
