Elchin Guliyev appointed head of Azerbaijan’s State Border Service

Baku, Azerbaijan, June 5 Trend: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on June 5 to appoint Elchin Guliyev as the head of the State Border Service.
