EP Delegation Due In Iran Next Week: Sr. MP

Tehran, Dec 9, IRNA – An eight-member delegation from the European Parliament will arrive in Tehran on Friday to review ways to promote ties with the Islamic Republic of Iran, Advisor to Majlis Speaker on International Affairs Hossein Sheikholeslam said on Sunday. Sheikholeslam said the visit will take place at the invitation of head of Majlis Research Center Kazem Jalali. During their six-day visit, the European lawmakers are scheduled to hold talks with Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani, head of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaeddin Boroujerdi and other senior officials. They have plans to visit the historical city of Isfahan./end
