Exhibit Of Illuminations By Iranian, Russian Artists Opens In Moscow

Moscow, Dec 1, IRNA – An exhibition featuring miniatures, illuminations and calligraphies by Iranian and Russian artists opened in Moscow Saturday in a ceremony attended by lovers of the Iranian culture and art as well as a number of the Russian cultural and artistic figures. The exhibit is underway in the premises of the Iranian Cultural Office in Iran’s Embassy in Moscow. Addressing the inaugural ceremony, caretaker of Iran’s Cultural Office in Russian capital, Hossein Tabatabaei said that miniature is one of the valuable Iranian arts, which is also welcomed by Russian culture loving people. He further noted that the three-day exhibition features miniature works by Iranian artists as well as calligraphies by Russian artists. The exhibition will continue for three days./end
