Exhibition On Children's Paintings From 20 States To Open Oct 8

Tehran, Oct 1, IRNA – An exhibition displaying paintings by children and young adults aged under 18 from Iran and 19 countries will open in Ebrahiminejad Gallery concurrent with World Children Day (October 8). Director of the gallery, Ali Akbar Ebrahiminejad told IRNA Monday that artistic exhibitions can play a crucial role in acquainting children with peace and friendship with other nations. Titled ‘I love Country Iran’, the exhibition will mark World Children Day by displaying more than 200 paintings by children and young adults aged under 18. Organizing an educational workshop simultaneously with the exhibition is also on the agenda, he noted. The event will seek to identify and help flourish children and young adults’ artistic creativities, Ebrahiminejad said./end
