Finland’s Speaker meets Altankhuyag

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolia wants to cooperate with Finland in the mining, environment and agricultural sectors, and to study Finnish experience in these spheres. The Prime Minister of Mongolia N.Altankhuyag said it when he was received Monday by Mr Eero Heineluoma, the Speaker of Finland who is paying the official visit here. Mr Heineluoma thanked the Mongolian side for successfully hosting the 7th Ministerial Conference of the Community of Democracies (CoD), and then said his country has a willingness to widen the bilateral commercial and economic cooperation. The mining sector is intensively developing in Mongolia, but the most important thing is to do the natural rehabilitation after exploiting the resources, Mr Heineluoma emphasized, adding that Finland is ready to cooperate with Mongolia in the natural rehabilitation works. Apart of this, Finland can collaborate with Mongolia in the agriculture, education and energy, he said.
