Finnish observer: Presidential election in Azerbaijan was fair and transparent

Baku, April 12, AZERTAC “The presidential election in Azerbaijan was organized professionally and effectively,” member of the Finnish observation mission Juha Korkeaora said at a press conference in Baku on April 12. He noted that the election was held in a transparent, fair and free atmosphere and in accordance with international standards. “No campaigns were conducted outside polling stations. There was free and unrestricted access to the polling stations. Voters were properly registered and included in the voter list," Korkeaora added.
