Firouzabadi: Iran's Armed Forces Ready To Give Crushing Response To Enemies

Tehran, Jan 29, IRNA - Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Major General Hassan Firouzabadi said on Tuesday that the Iranian armed forces are ready to give a crushing response to enemies’ threat and make them regret their seditious acts. Speaking for a group of top army commanders, he said once again the Americans made a grave mistake by threatening the Iranian revolutionary people with military action. The current US administrators should ask their predecessors why they did not dare to target Iran, he said. Why the Americans talk about taking some sorts of action they had failed to take in the past, he said. “We advise the American administration to pursue diplomacy and avoid obstructing the nuclear talks,” he said./end
