FM MEETS HEAD OF EURASIA COMPETITIVENESS PROGRAMME

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On Monday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia L.Bold held a meeting with a head of the Eurasia Competitiveness Programme at Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development /OECD/ Mr Antonio Somma in Paris, France. The sides talked about the projects to be carried out in Mongolia in 2014 by the OECD and shared views on these matters. Mr Bold expressed a confidence that these projects--the first step of the cooperation--will be implemented successfully. The Mongolian side will support the "Eurasia Competitiveness Programme" he said, adding that our country actively participates in the economic actions of Europe and Asia. The same day, L.Bold met with the Director-General of the World Organisation for Animal Health Mr Bernard Vallat to touch upon the opportunities to host a "World gathering of nomadic and transhumant pastoralists in 2014 in the UB city" meeting initiated by the President Ts.Elbegdorj and to highlight ways of cooperation in the animal health in Northeast Asia.
