Foreign Military Attachés In Iran Attend National Army Day Celebrations

Tehran, April 17, IRNA – The foreign military attachés residing in Iran are participating in the grand ceremony held to celebrate Iran’s National Army Day on Tuesday. The ceremony is being held near the mausoleum of the late Imam Khomeini downtown Tehran. The military attachés are to watch the military parade to commemorate the annual National Army Day in Iran. The attachés are from various world countries including Azerbaijan, Indonesia, China, Turkey and Brazil. The families of martyrs and war veterans along with the Tehrani people are attending this annual military event as well. The ceremony on Iran’s National Army Day began in the presence of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, top military officials and the army commanders./end
