FOREIGN MINISTER EXCHANGES VIEWS WITH HUNGARIAN PROFESSOR ATTILA JENEI

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Foreign Affairs D.Tsogtbaatar received Dr., PhD and Director, of Medical and Health Science Center, Faculty of Medicine, International Education Center at the University of Debrecen, Hungary Attila Jenei on May 15. Minister D.Tsogtbaatar emphasized that cooperation between Mongolia and Hungary in education sector is an important part of relations of the two countries, noting that 200 Mongolian students are participating in the Hungarian Government Scholarship Program every year. Professor Attila Jenei said that students have to meet stringent requirement to study in medical fields in Hungary. In connection, he is working in Ulaanbaatar to show support in ensuring preparation of students and pupils. He also introduced the university’s co-implementing programs and projects with other countries on retraining specialists in medical fields. Afterwards, Minister D.Tsogtbaatar exchanged views on opportunities of involving Mongolian physicians and specialists in medical fields in short-term training.
