FOREIGN MINISTER MEETS AMBASSADOR OF INDONESIA

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Foreign Affairs L.Bold Friday received Mr Soegeng Rahardjo, the Ambassador of Indonesia to Mongolia in conjunction with his presentation of the diplomatic credentials. The Minister congratulated Mr Rahardjo on being appointed the Ambassador to Mongolia and hoped the new Ambassador will significantly contribute to expanding of the Mongolia-Indonesia friendly relations. In response, Mr Rahardjo expressed a satisfaction with meeting with the Foreign Minister, and said he will make all efforts to widen the bilateral relations and cooperation. The parties underlined a requirement to activate the intergovernmental commission that has a vital role in deepening the economic ties and to determine priorities of the cooperation. They also decided to hold an intergovernmental commission's meeting in Jakarta and agreed to collaborate in making the Mongolian President’s visit to Indonesia more effective.
