Foreign Ministry Spokesman Discusses Syria With Deputy Head Of Turkey's Ruling Party

Ankara, Dec 26, IRNA – Vice-President of Turkey's Justice and Development ruling Party and in charge of foreign affairs of the party Omar Celik discussed deployment of Patriot Missile system in Turkey and Syria with Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mihman-parast. Celik said in addition to the aforementioned issues, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and regional issues, too. He added that officials of Iran and Turkey have differences in a number of issues, but the differences have no effect on bilateral ties. Mihman-parast, for his part, and at the end of the meeting told reporters that Iran-Turkey cooperation creates security and stability in the region./end
