FOREMOST SOUMS RECEIVE PRIZES

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister N.Altankhuyag Tuesday granted prizes to authorities of Dornod aimag’s Dashbalbar, Tov aimag’s Jargalant, Arkhangai aimag’s Erdenemandal and Khovd aimag’s Uyench soums that are selected as the foremost soums of this year. Each soum received the certificate and a cash prize of MNT 100 million. By a governmental resolution, the governors of these soums were obliged to spend 90% of the money for developing industries and services, augmenting job places and improving furnishing in their localities. During the ceremony, the Premier congratulated the soums’ governors on becoming foremost soums being selected from 330 soums, and said these soums are selected through the criteria for creation of good environment for people and herders to live and construction works and making job places.
