Founding Anniversary of DPRK Observed in Romania, Nigeria

Pyongyang, September 16 (KCNA) -- Seminars were held by the New Socialist Party of Romania and the Nigerian Group for the Study of the Juche Philosophy, a meeting, photo exhibition and film show by the Nigeria-Korea Friendship Association and a photo and book exhibition by the Parida Hospital in Zamfara State, Nigeria on September 6 and 7 on the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK. Displayed at the venues of the exhibitions were photos dealing with the feats of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un. Also on display were books and photos introducing Juche Korea demonstrating its might as an invincible political and ideological power and military power. Korean film "Grand Celebration of 70th Founding Anniversary of Workers' Party of Korea in Presence of Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un" was shown. Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Supreme Council of the New Socialist Party of Romania, said September 9 marking the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK, a socialist power independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in defense, is a significant holiday of not only the Korean people but also progressive mankind. The chairman of the Nigerian Group for the Study of the Juche Philosophy noted that the world-startling scientific and technological achievements have been made in the DPRK under the guidance of Marshal Kim Jong Un. A congratulatory letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the event held by the Nigeria-Korea Friendship Association. -0-
