Founding Anniversary of WPK Marked in Venezuela, Guinea

Pyongyang, October 28 (KCNA) -- Papers and radio of Venezuela and Guinea carried special write-ups on the 71st anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK). The Venezuelan newspaper Vea on Oct. 8 carried an article titled "Chairman of the WPK Kim Jong Un, the lineage of revolution continues" illustrated with a photo of Marshal Kim Jong Un. The article said in detail that Kim Jong Un has seen to it that the tasks assigned to all sectors and units are carried out on the strength of ideology and set it as an important requirement for Party building to accomplish the cohesion and unity of the whole party and that he is consolidating the ideological and volitional and moral unity based on one idea and one centre in every way. Venezuela TV broadcasted Korean films "Songdowon International Children's Camp" and "Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum" on Oct. 10 and 11. The Guinean newspaper Horoya on Oct. 9, in an article titled "Party praised by the people", elaborated on the 70-odd history of the WPK that has always faithfully served the people and defended their interests with a high sense of responsibility. Guinea TVs on Oct. 7 broadcasted Korean film "Grand Celebration of 70th Founding Anniversary of Workers' Party of Korea in Presence of Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un." -0-
